Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Implementation & Configuration
- Perform SAP SD configurations for OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, billing, pricing, delivery, and returns.
- Lead SD module implementation, roll-out, and Application Management Operations (AMO).
- Configure and support processes including Make to Order, Make to Stock, 3rd Party Process, Service Order Process, and Intercompany Sales.
Business Process & Integration
- Analyze and understand business processes; translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with FI, MM, PS, PM, WM, and PP modules.
- Handle contract management, billing plans, revenue recognition, rebates, availability checks, shipping, packing, consignment, and credit management processes.
Design & Documentation
- Design application interfaces and maintain global template documents for SD processes.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation, process flows, and specifications.
- Support end-users with SD configurations, process improvements, and troubleshooting.
Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in SAP SD module, especially OTC business processes.
- Strong understanding of pricing, output determination, material determination/listing/exclusion, and cross-selling functionalities.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP SD configurations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, roll-out, and support projects.
- Exposure to large-scale system developments and global templates.
- Well-versed with end-to-end SD business processes and integrations with other SAP modules.
- Expertise in analyzing, documenting, designing, and implementing SD processes.
