Role & responsibilities
Analyze business requirements related to the sales and distribution
processes within the steel/manufacturing industry.
Configure SAP SD module components (OTC, Order management, Variant
Configuration, pricing procedure., Copy Control, billing, shipping, credit
management).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) for end-to-end
business process integration.
Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into
functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis, identify business process improvements, and
provide solutions.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance
Testing (UAT).
Develop functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces,
Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Provide support for ongoing SAP operations including ticket resolution,
process optimization, and enhancements.
Assist in SAP SD end-user training and documentation.
Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and new implementation projects as
needed.
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for SD-related topics during project
planning and execution.
