SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD solutions
• Analyze and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Configure and support core SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and reporting
• Implement SAP Credit Management processes including credit limits, scoring, risk categories, and credit blocks
• Configure and support SAP Collection Management including worklists, dunning, and dispute handling
• Integrate SAP SD with Readsoft or similar scanning solutions for automated sales order and invoice processing
• Collaborate with SAP MM teams for seamless SD/MM process integration
• Support finance-related configurations and integrations across AP, AR, GL, and Asset Accounting
• Understand and implement interface logic with legacy finance systems
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) for change tracking and management
• Design and execute test plans, perform integration testing, and document test results
• Work closely with ABAP developers for custom development and debugging when required
• Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation including configuration guides and technical specs
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on functional solutions
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve SD-related issues promptly
• Keep up with SAP SD best practices, new features, and industry trends
• Support system upgrades and participate in enhancement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant
• Strong experience with SAP Credit and Collection Management
• Proven experience in finance integration, including FI-AA, AP, AR, and GL
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD configuration, testing, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and in remote or cross-functional teams
• Exposure to SAP ABAP for basic debugging and issue analysis is preferred
