Sap Sd Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD & WM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Sales and Distribution and Warehouse Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full life-cycle implementations and support, with the ability to gather business requirements, configure SAP solutions, and provide training to end-users. This role requires excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• SAP SD Module:
• Gather and analyze business requirements; conduct workshops to align sales and distribution needs.
• Configure core SD components including order processing, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and output control.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in order-to-cash (OTC) cycles; support EDI communications.
• Train end-users and develop documentation for configurations, test cases, and ongoing updates.
• SAP WM Module:
• Analyze warehouse business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and implement SAP WM/EWM solutions, including configuration of storage bins, putaway/picking strategies, and inventory control.
• Integrate WM with SD/MM/PP modules; manage data integrity and perform system audits.
• Lead testing (functional, integration), manage system go-live activities, and validate WM solutions in real-world scenarios.
• Provide user training, generate process documentation, and support post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; coordinate with MM, FI/CO, EWM, and logistics executives.
• Participate in blueprinting, design, technical specifications, development oversight, and system integration efforts.
• Monitor project milestones and support the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD with full life-cycle implementation and support, including configuration of order-to-cash, pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing/configuring SAP WM/EWM solutions in ECC/S/4HANA environments.
• Proficiency in Payor Electronic Data Exchange (EDI) processing and integration with FI/CO/MM modules.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in business process mapping and Requirement Gathering.
• Strong Workday Functional design documentation skills.
• Project coordination, unit/integration testing, and overseeing go-live and support phases.
• Effective Communication, Presentation Skill, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant SAP certifications in SD and WM modules are a plus.
