Role Description:
- Support the lead consultant by executing defined tasks and taking ownership of small engagement activities independently
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and AMS (Application Management Services) projects
- Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
- Assist with pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, developing POCs, and preparing customer presentations
- Contribute to delivery engagements across domains such as Automotive, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, and Manufacturing
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn additional SAP modules such as Customer Service (CS), Global Trade Services (GTS), and Transportation Management (TM)
- Support the creation of accelerators and reusable assets under guidance of the Lead Architect
- Adapt quickly to dynamic project requirements and evolving business needs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year domain experience and 6+ years of SAP SD consulting experience
- Must have worked on at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
- SAP certification is preferred
- Deep process understanding of Sales & Distribution and logistics
- Hands-on experience working with RICEFW objects to meet business requirements
- Proficient in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation
- Strong familiarity with S/4HANA functionalities including Business Partner (BP) and release-specific features
- Basic understanding of integration with modules like MM and FICO
- Experience in cutover planning and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work in a global environment with multicultural teams
