Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, pricing procedures and credit management.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions based on business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution mapping, functional design documentation, and user training.
- Integrate SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM and other relevant modules. Workflow knowledge of API will be required.
- Experience working closely with ABAP consultants in preparing and validating functional specification documents (FSD), with strong practical knowledge of relevant SAP tables and data structures.
- Proficiency in customisation including sales documents, order, delivery, returns and other related documents
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and documentation standards.
- Technically proficient on debugging as this is must.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of core SAP SD consulting experience in implementation and support projects preferably SAP certified
- Deep expertise in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Output Determination, Billing, Shipping, and Returns.
- Strong integration knowledge with FI (AR, Revenue), MM, and logistics modules.
- Experience with GST / tax configuration (preferred for India region).
- Experience in S/4HANA SD is a strong advantage.
