We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD implementations. You will be responsible for conducting business requirement gathering, configuring the SAP SD module, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. This role requires a strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and the ability to manage the full project lifecycle from design to post-go-live support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct business requirement gathering sessions and prepare Business Blueprints (BBP).
- Perform configuration and customization of the SAP SD module (Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle SAP SD implementation, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects.
- Support data migration and conversion activities for objects like Customer Master and Open Orders.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with other functional consultants (FI/MM/WM/LE) for cross-module integrations.
- Provide training and end-user documentation.
- Handle post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience in pricing procedures, output determination, and delivery & billing processes.
- Knowledge of intercompany sales, third-party sales, consignment, and credit management.
- Integration experience with SAP MM, FI/CO, and WM.
- Familiarity with IDocs, ALE, and EDI processes, as well as basic debugging.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with S/4HANA SD implementations is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology is a plus.
- Domain experience in industries like Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, or FMCG is a plus.
- SAP certification is an optional but preferred qualification.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
