Role Responsibility :

Support the current SD footprint
Analyse and solve the SAP SD issues
SAP SD process configuration
Update and maintain all SAP SD functional documentation
Analyse and scope end user authorization roles
Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration security test
Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
Support the business team with issues and provide a solutions based approach
Get ABAP developments done through ABAP Programmer as per business requirement
Provide training to end users
Prepare documentation like User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement
Specification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, User Manuals Essentials
10+ years of Overall experience with 5+ years strong domain experience in Indian

Manufacturing Industry

5+ years of implementation, rollout & support experience in SAP SD
Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP Configuration of SAP SD
Good knowledge of integration of SAP SD module with FI, MM, PP, QM, PM
SAP or Domain experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is compulsory.
Good experience in GST, TDS, Indian Taxation
Engage with business heads & users to identify and define solution requirements.
Provide training to the end users.
Experience in working on enhancements using User Exits / BAPIs / BADIs
Get ABAP developments done through ABAP Programmer as per business requirement
Good at multitasking.
Participating in resolving technology integration problems.
Prepare documentation like User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement
Specification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance
