Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure SAP SD module to meet business needs and enhance system performance.
- Provide support for SAP SD processes, including sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP SD functionalities to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Prepare documentation for configurations, process flows, and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of SAP SD module and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with sales processes and order management in SAP.
