cosima Solutions is a SAP retail consulting company located in US, Germany and India, serving for different retail clients across the globe for last 20 years. We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Marketing Manager who can independently work on SAP marketing activities, define go-to-market and pre-sales strategies, and implement them end-to-end. The role requires strong ownership, market understanding, and the ability to work closely with potential customers, SAP partner teams, and internal SAP delivery teams to drive consulting business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently plan and execute SAP marketing activities for consulting and solution offerings
- Define and implement sales and pre-sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and engage with potential customers for SAP services and solutions
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, campaigns, and partner channels
- Participate in and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to build solution positioning
- Coordinate with SAP partner teams at SAP and ecosystem partners
- Support and guide SAP AI-based retail solutions development team from a market and customer perspective
- Conduct customer presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs
- Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- 612 years of experience in SAP Sales, Marketing, or Pre-Sales roles
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions and SAP consulting services
- Proven experience in defining and executing marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Hands-on exposure to RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and bid management
- Experience working with SAP partner ecosystem
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with SAP Retail, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP AI/Intelligent solutions
- Digital marketing experience in enterprise or SAP environments
- Existing customer, partner, or SAP network
