Job Description -
Drive revenue growth by selling SAP Solutions and services – particularly SAP S/4HANA (RISE & GROW) Projects Implementations, Migrations, Managed services and consulting services. Selling SAP BTP and AI services. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their digital transformation journey.
Job Profile – Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Solution selling
- Develop and execute a territory/account plan to achieve Sales objectives.
- Identify key industries and target accounts for RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, Managed services and AI offerings.
- Highlight end-to-end Digital transformation use cases (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.).
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, and business leaders).
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.
- Lead solution discovery sessions and product demos in collaboration with Pre-Sales.
3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
- RISE with SAP & GROW with SAP offerings
- SAP BTP services: Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Data & Analytics
- AI/ML capabilities and industry-specific use cases
- Understand competitive landscape at market place.
