Job Description

Job Title: SAP Sales Manager

Location: Pune :: WFO

Duration: Fulltime

Note:

  • SAP & AI Services are focus
  • Travelling required (client visits & attendnig event)

Job Description -

Drive revenue growth by selling SAP Solutions and services – particularly SAP S/4HANA (RISE & GROW) Projects Implementations, Migrations, Managed services and consulting services. Selling SAP BTP and AI services. Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their digital transformation journey.

Job Profile – Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Solution selling

  • Develop and execute a territory/account plan to achieve Sales objectives.
  • Identify key industries and target accounts for RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, Managed services and AI offerings.
  • Highlight end-to-end Digital transformation use cases (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.).

2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, IT, and business leaders).
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.
  • Lead solution discovery sessions and product demos in collaboration with Pre-Sales.

3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → closure.

4. Market & Product Knowledge

  • RISE with SAP & GROW with SAP offerings
  • SAP BTP services: Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Data & Analytics
  • AI/ML capabilities and industry-specific use cases
  • Understand competitive landscape at market place.
