Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator who enjoys keeping things organized, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting teams in delivering successful Salesforce projects.

In this role, you will work closely with delivery leads, developers, and clients across platforms like Salesforce, SAP Customer Experience, and Zoho CRM to keep projects on track and well-coordinated.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You should ideally have:

·Basic understanding of project management or coordination

·Comfort working with tools like Excel, project trackers, or collaboration tools

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping Projects on Track

You will support the planning and execution of Salesforce projects to ensure timely delivery.

Your day-to-day will include:

·Tracking project timelines, tasks, and milestones

·Following up with team members on progress

·Highlighting risks, delays, or blockers early

·You'll help ensure that projects move forward smoothly.


Supporting Delivery Operations

You will assist the delivery team in managing day-to-day project activities.

This includes:

·Maintaining project documentation and trackers

·Supporting sprint planning and status reporting

·Helping with resource coordination and task allocation
