About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, and hands-on experience in E-Solutions / E-Invoicing. The consultant will be responsible for supporting business operations, implementing enhancements, managing integrations, and ensuring smooth SD processes in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in SAP SD.
- Manage Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management configuration.
- Implement and support E-Invoicing, E-Solutions, and integration with government/compliance portals.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition records, output types, copy controls, and document flows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP) for integrated business processes.
- Handle incident management, change requests, enhancements, and production support.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP/Fiori) for custom developments.
- Prepare functional specifications for new requirements.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong functional knowledge of O2C cycle (Sales Delivery Billing).
- Experience in E-Invoicing / E-Solution implementation (India GST compliance: IRP, IRN, QR code, E-way Bill).
- Expertise in Pricing configuration (V/08, VK11, VK12).
- Hands-on experience in Billing, Output Management, Credit Management, Delivery processes.
- Strong experience in Master Data (Customer, Pricing, Output).
- Exposure to S/4HANA is preferred.
- Ability to write and review Functional Specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, Tax procedures, Accounting integration.
- Understanding of IDocs, APIs, and Interface monitoring.
- Experience in Fiori apps for SD.
- Experience in LSMW / LTMC for data migration.
