Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant with strong expertise in design, development, deployment, and support within agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Development & Support
- Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per sprint plans
- Provide 3rd level support and resolve complex issues
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Work on Service Management processes (Field Service, Customer Service)
- Testing & Training
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint activities)
- Perform:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Handle defect fixing and ensure quality delivery
- Conduct key user training sessions
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Provide regular status reports and deliverable tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
- At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
- Strong knowledge of:
- S/4HANA architecture
- Fiori apps
- SAP integrations with SAP & non-SAP systems
- Expertise in Service Management module (Field Service / Customer Service)
- Experience with integration tools:
- CPI
- PI/PO
- API Management
- PROAXIA connector
- Hands-on experience in:
- Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions:
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology & Agile delivery
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- SAP certification (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- 6+ years experience as SAP CRM Technical Consultant
- Exposure to Agile project management, testing, and training activities
