SAP S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud Specialist Sales and Service

We are building a new global ISIT organization for our Robotics company, creating a modern clouddriven ERP landscape that will support our global sales, service and production operations. To help shape this future, we are looking for an experienced SAP S4HANA Sales and Service Specialist who wants to be part of a major transformation and contribute to a worldclass digital foundation.

You will join a senior global Operations team responsible for establishing a scalable and standardized ERP operating model across all regions. Your work will focus on designing, optimizing and supporting Sales and Service processes in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud, while also contributing to the Private Cloud environment going live shortly after. The greenfield Build is delivered by an external team, allowing you to focus on process excellence, governance and continuous improvement.

This role offers the opportunity to influence a global setup from the ground up and help build one of the most modern ISIT landscapes in the robotics industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and optimize endtoend Sales and Service processes in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud
• Lead future configuration, testing and deployment activities for Sales and Service capabilities across Public Cloud release cycles
• Provide expert operational support, incident management and root cause analysis
• Ensure governance, clean core principles and compliance across the ERP landscape
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, SAP and implementation partners to drive adoption and continuous improvement

Key challenges include balancing global standardization with regional needs, managing continuous innovation cycles, ensuring strong integration with nonSAP platforms and maintaining a clean core in a multicountry cloud deployment.

The position can be based in India, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Portugal, Mexico or the United States, following a hybrid working model, depending on country.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in SAP SD or Service Management configuration
• Strong understanding of endtoend Sales and Service processes, pricing, master data and billing
• Proven experience with SAP S4HANA Public Cloud and relevant Sales and Service scope items
• Minimum a bachelor's degree in data, Engineering, Logistic or related fields
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing cycles and analyzing process issues
• Experience working in global organizations with crossregional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
• Experience of SAP Private Cloud since same team will support both solutions.

Additional beneficial experience includes SAP BTP and APIs, SAP Fiori apps, Public Cloud release cycles, test automation or regression frameworks, SAP certifications, SAP AI capabilities and awareness of compliance topics such as tax, export control or revenue recognition.
