SAP S/4HANA Finance Migration Lead/Consultant (FICO-MM)

Only immediate joiners will be considered, with an expected start by mid-January. The client is based in the US, so candidates must be comfortable working US hours. This is a fully remote position, subject to strict background checks to ensure there is no moonlighting.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Migration Lead (FICO-MM) to support our client's finance and procurement processes, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience. The consultant will play a key role in supporting current operations and contributing to our client's SAP S/4HANA migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

SAP FICO

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

SAP MM

• Configure and support SAP MM processes
• Manage integration points between MM and FICO (e.g., account determination, GR/IR)
• Support procurement and inventory-related business processes

S/4HANA Migration

• Contribute to S/4HANA migration activities
• Apply S/4HANA best practices and understand key differences from ECC (e.g., Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with working knowledge of SAP MM
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation, migration, or support)
• Solid understanding of FICOMM integration
• Experience in configuration, support, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business and technical teams
