Time Shift: Mostly IST (with a couple of hours overlap in PST)

Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple endtoend implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and be well-versed with all phases of S/4HANA greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases — blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and postgolive support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure and optimize FICO submodules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
• Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month-end/year-end closing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and support testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.
• 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of all implementation phases — requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Solid knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.
• Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
