Shift: Primarily IST, with a couple of hours overlap with PST

Overview

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience across multiple end-to-end implementations.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in SAP Finance and Controlling and be experienced across all phases of S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across all project phases, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

• Configure and optimize FICO sub-modules, including:

• General Ledger (GL)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets (FA)

• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

• Product Costing

• Margin Analysis

• Treasury

• Provide functional expertise for financial processes, month-end/year-end closing, and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.

• Support and participate in testing cycles.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience.

• 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations — mandatory.

• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Margin Analysis, and Treasury.

• Experience with SAP ECC is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.

• Exposure to integration with SD, MM, PP, and other SAP modules.

• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA Finance.

Ideal Candidate

An experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with strong functional expertise, multiple end-to-end Greenfield implementations, and the ability to independently handle requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
