SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant:
- 8+ years of experience leading, configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA environments
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing financial processes
- AP
- AR
- Managing General Ledger
- Asset Accounting
- Taxation India Mandatory and overseas preferable
- Cost Centre Accounting
- Profit Centre Accounting using Fiori apps, with integration knowledge of MM/SD.
Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead end-to-end S/4HANA Finance projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
- Functional Design: Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling) and implement Fiori apps for user experience.
- System Integration: Perform integration mapping with other modules such as SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Project Systems (PS).
- Data Migration & Testing: Lead data migration, validation, and testing cycles (unit testing, UAT).
- Business Process Optimization: Analyse, map, and re-engineer business processes to align with S/4HANA best practices.
- Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and training for key users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in SAP FICO, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the S/4HANA Universal Journal (), New General Ledger, and Embedded Analytics.
- Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent; MBA/CA/CMA is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Experience in Fiori apps and ABAP debugging.
- Exposure to Treasury (TRM) and Central Finance.
