Talent Acquisition Job Description:

• 5 - 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP Talent (Mandatory)
• .Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
• .Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping
• .Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies
• .Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• .Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines
• .Willingness to work from office 5 days a week (11 AM – 8 PM IST)
• .Work location: PSN, ITPL Road, Whitefield, Bangalore
