We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding Consultant with core expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). The ideal candidate must possess strong implementation experience, excellent consulting skills, and in-depth knowledge of recruitment and onboarding business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Requirement Sourcing: Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and recommend best-fit technical solutions.
- Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations from planning through go-live.
- Core Technicals: Configure Business Rules, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Testing & Deployment: Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams across global locations.
- Documentation: Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and recruitment best practices.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5–8 years of dedicated experience in SuccessFactors RCM / ONB / RMK.
- Consulting: Prior SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
- Implementations: Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors.
- Certification: Active/Valid SAP SuccessFactors RCM/ONB/RMK Certification.
- Global Exposure: Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
- System Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR recruitment processes and expertise in the Provisioning System.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Methodology: Agile delivery experience is preferred.
