We are looking for an experiencedSAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultantwith a solid background in implementing and supporting real estate functionalities within SAP. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least 12 SAP RE-FX implementations and be well-versed in the end-to-end real estate lifecycle including lease management, accounting, payments, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configureSAP RE-FXto support comprehensive real estate processes.
- Manage functionalities related to lease contracts, real estate accounting, rent and cost settlements, and payment processing.
- Ensure seamlessintegration with other SAP modulessuch as FI, CO, MM, and PM.
- Support full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP RE-FX capabilities with operational needs.
- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum12 end-to-end SAP RE-FX implementations.
- Strong understanding ofreal estate lifecycle processesincluding leasing, financial postings, planning, and reporting.
- Experience withintegration between RE-FX and core SAP modules.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
