Job Description

Minimum 8-9 Years of relevant experience SAP Implementation and Support experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate module and should be strong in SAP FICO.
Experience in SAP FI-LA (Lease Accounting), IFRS-16 standards.
SAP RE-FX configuration and testing in the areas of SAP RE-FX Process in Quality System.
Configured the Settings for SAP Flexible Real Estate.
Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management Business Entity,Building, Rental Object, Business partner.
Integration with other Modules of SAP like FICO, PS & PM.

Primary Skills

Candidate should have strong experience in SAP REFX module and should be strong in SAP FICO.
Portfolio Management Real Estate Analytics, Master Data Management Business Entity, Building, Rental Object, Business partner.
Integration with other Modules of SAP like FICO, PS & PM
Relevant settings for Business Partner in RE.
Working flow settings for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects.
SAP Real Estate Testing in Quality System.

Secondary Skills

Good Communication Skill.
Involved in Cutover Planning, Cutover Strategies preparation and execution of cutover activities.
Actively involved in Functional Testing.
Actively involved in Go-live Support.
