Job Description

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors RCM specialist with hands-on experience inRecruitment Management (RCM)and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing recruitment processes and career sites to deliver a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and supportRCMandRMKmodules, including job requisitions, workflows, and career sites.
Maintain system accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
Assist with integration between RCM/RMK and other SAP modules.
Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to implement solutions.
Use RMK tools to improve employer branding and job distribution.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of experiencein SAP SuccessFactorsRCMand RMK.
Minimum 1-2 end-to-end implementation projectsin RCM and RMK (mandatory).
Strong configuration skills (job requisitions, templates, career site builder).
Basic integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
SAP Certification in RCM/RMK/CSB (preferred)
