SAP QM

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize SAP QM module to align with business quality management processes.
• Implement quality planning, inspection processing, and quality control procedures.
• Manage inspection lot processing, quality notifications, and quality certificates.
• Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, PM, and SD.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP QM functionalities.
• Assist with SAP QM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP QM processes and configuration
• Experience with quality planning, inspection, and quality control workflows
• Familiarity with integration of QM with MM, PP, PM, and other modules
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM is an advantage
