Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Module Lead to lead the implementation of SAP ERP projects, focusing on the Quality Management module. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP ERP implementations, preferably within the Power Utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End SAP ERP Implementation:
- Lead the full life cycle implementation of SAP ERP projects, specifically focusing on the SAP QM module.
- Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP QM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PM, SD) and third-party systems.
- Module Leadership & Coordination:
- Act as the Module Lead, coordinating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
- Optimize quality management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
- Manage post-implementation support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E./MCA/B.Sc (IT)/B.Sc (Engg.) for technical roles.
- B.Com for finance and billing module roles.
- Any graduate for HR module roles.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in SAP ERP implementations.
- Proven experience in leading at least one full life cycle SAP ERP implementation as a Module Lead for the SAP QM module.
- Hands-on experience with SAP QM in Power Utilities or similar industries is highly preferred.
Certifications:
- Valid SAP ERP certification for the SAP QM module.
- Additional certifications like MBA/PGDBM or CA are preferred for business-focused roles.

- Expertise in quality management processes, including inspection planning, quality notifications, and audit management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules like MM, PM, SD, or WM for integrated project delivery.
- Prior experience in the Power Utilities sector is highly desirable.
