Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Consultant with 7-12 years of experience in SAP implementations, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP QM and be capable of driving requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quality Management processes.
• Configure and support SAP QM functionalities in line with business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.
• Resolve application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Facilitate user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Drive process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of experience in SAP QM with at least one end-to-end implementation project.
• Strong expertise in SAP QM processes including:
• Quality Planning
• Quality Inspection
• Quality Control
• Quality Notifications
• Audit Management
• Vendor Quality Management
• Certificate Processing
• Experience in Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures, MICs, Inspection Methods, and Quality Info Records.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, PP, SD, and Warehouse processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA QM is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders effectively.
