The SAP QM Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end Quality Management processes within SAP ECC/S4HANA environments. The role involves leading implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support activities. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, WM, PM, SD) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality processes aligned with business objectives.
Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead SAP QM solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across multiple business units.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable SAP QM solutions.
- Design and implement inspection processes (incoming, in-process, final), quality notifications, and quality certificates.
- Lead integration of QM with PP, MM, WM, PM, and SD modules.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Prepare documentation such as functional specs, test scripts, and SOPs.
- Conduct end-user training and workshops.
