Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP QM Lead based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. The SAP QM Lead will oversee and manage quality management modules within the SAP system, ensuring alignment with organizational processes. Responsibilities include analyzing and streamlining business processes, consulting with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, and managing master data processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business process analysis, with a strong capability to optimize workflows and solutions.
• Advanced analytical skills to assess and interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience in consulting and providing structured advice to clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and expertise in SAP QM and SAP FICO modules, with a strong understanding of their functionality.
• Competence in managing and maintaining accurate master data to ensure seamless system operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in similar roles and projects is an asset.
