SAP QM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery: Define user stories and collaborate with quality/operations teams to deliver technical functionality.
• Solution Design: Partner with application and infrastructure teams to design strategic technical solutions for QA.
• System Support: Maintain ERP systems in compliance with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and FDA GMP regulations.
• Documentation: Create and update system lifecycle documents, SOPs, SOIs, Change Control processes, and job aids.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean Sigma initiatives and maintain a strong commitment to company safety policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• SAP Expertise: Solid hands-on system functionality knowledge of SAP QM, PP, MM, and PM modules.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the latest ERP releases and strong SAP HANA knowledge.
• Global Operations: Proven ability to thrive and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, virtual, global team environment.
• Compliance Mindset: Experienced in working within structured regulatory frameworks and formal Change Control protocols.
