Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements related to quality processes and translate them into SAP QM functional solutions.
Configure SAP QM modules (Inspection Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates, etc.).
Work on end-to-end implementation and rollout projects, including system design, blueprinting, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Integrate QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and PM.
Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams for development and enhancements (ABAP debugging is a plus).
Train end users and provide production support as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes and best practices.
Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Familiarity with S/4HANA environment is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Certification in SAP QM (preferred but not mandatory).
