Key Responsibilities
- Support full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA PS implementations and rollouts, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live.
- Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and design effective SAP PS solutions aligned with global and local project management practices.
- Perform hands‑on configuration and provide support in key PS areas, including:
- Project definitions & structures (WBS, Networks, Activities)
- Planning functions (cost planning, revenue planning, resource planning)
- Budgeting & availability control
- Time, cost, and material confirmations
- Settlement rules & period‑end closing activities
- Project milestones & progress analysis
- Integration with procurement, finance, and logistics processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HR) to ensure seamless integration across business processes.
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover preparation for PS objects.
- Participate in and support testing cycles (FUT, SIT, UAT) along with business and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements (RICEFW) and coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for development and testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support and hyper‑care post go‑live.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge‑transfer documents for business users.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of S/4HANA best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8years of hands‑on experience in SAP PS with strong exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Completed 1–2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (Blueprint → Realization → Go‑Live → Support).
- Strong functional knowledge in:
- WBS elements, networks, and activity management
- Project planning (cost, resource, revenue)
- Budgeting & availability control
- Project execution & progress tracking
- Settlement and period‑end closing activities
- Project‑related procurement and service processes
- Solid understanding of integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
- Experience in business process improvement, solution design, SAP customizing, and data migration.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
