Role: Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional/techno-Functional)
Relevant Experience: 5 to 12 Years Relevant experience
Job Location: Pune / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Bangalore/ Noida/ Trichy/Mumbai (or Anywhere in India)
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
- Must understand Corehr module along with at least one other modules (Payroll , Absence).
- Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module
- Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.
- Must have worked on 1-2 end to end implementation project.
- Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment
- Must have worked on implementation projects
- Must be able to manage customer facing role
- Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs
- Must be comfortable with Fast-formula.
