• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture (ECC or S/4HANA), Basis concepts, ABAP, interfaces (IDoc, RFC, API), middleware, and integrations.
• Proven success managing multi-module SAP implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead endtoend delivery of SAP RISE Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP projects (Planning Execution Testing Deployment Hypercare).

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Track and report project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, quality, time, and cost parameters.

2. SAP Technical Leadership

Act as the primary technical liaison for SAP modules, integrations, and platform-related initiatives.

Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP development teams, integration teams, and functional consultants.

Review technical designs, integration architecture, RICEF objects, and system enhancements.

Ensure application scalability, performance, and technical standards.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Partner with business SMEs to gather requirements and document functional/technical specifications.

Manage internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure deliverable quality.

Facilitate steering committee meetings, requirement workshops, and technical discussions.

4. Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, change management process, and audit/compliance requirements.

Oversee unit testing, SIT, UAT cycles and coordinate defect resolution.

Enforce documentation standards (FS/TS, test scripts, cutover plans).

5. Cutover, Deployment & Support

Develop and manage cutover plans, release schedules, and deployment activities.

Coordinate technical migration activities (transports, data loads, system refreshes).

Provide oversight during golive and postgolive Hypercare.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3+ years in project management.

Strong understanding of SAP architecture (ECC or S/4HANA), Basis concepts, ABAP, interfaces (IDoc, RFC, API), middleware, and integrations.

Proven success managing multi-module SAP implementation or migration projects.

Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Activate certification, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master certification.

Experience with S/4HANA transformation projects, cloud integrations, or SAP BTP.

Understanding of SAP security, roles, authorizations, and compliance processes.

Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
