Job Description

Key Responsibilities

SAP Project Manager

Client handling & all stakeholder management

Handling internal stakeholders of customer

Work with SI project manager for Rise migration (Blue Field ECC to Rise With SAP S/4 HANA)

Post above projects manage the project for on-premise S/4 HANA (10 companies) migrated to Rise with SAP S/4HANA fresh configuration on Rise S/4 HANA Systems

Accountability of Inteliwaves deliverables for all project and other Inteliwaves resource assigned for testing , data migration & support .

New Business generation from account

SAP Implementation:

Collaborate with SAP & Implementation partner for project planning, risk assessment, progress tracking, etc.

Prepare & manage overall project plan that will encompassing activities including business activities, core team activities, external party dependencies, etc

Work with third party, banks, other institutions for their readiness & support for SAP implementation

Internal Stake holder management for ensuring relevant internal stakeholders are engaged for implementation, required inputs are provided, sign offs are obtained as per project plan, change management, data readiness & other business readiness is achieved

Supervise the SAP partner job performance and appraise their work results

Project Status update on a regular basis to management

Plan & Conduct Steering Committee meeting for project sponsor update & steering on critical matters.

Identify risk and prepare mitigation plan

Identify organizational changes resulting out of SAP implementation and strategies managing such changes, e.g. centralized Master Data Management, user disciplines & trainings, etc.

SAP Support

Define & manage SAP Support structure along with SAP Support partner

Implement continuous improvement for effective utilisation of SAP solutions

Act as single point contact for business users in case of issues, prioritize issues / changes and getting it developed through SAP Partner

Continuous assess SAP utilization, FUE consumptions to ensure SAP recurring cost is managed within budget

Key Skills -

Must have SAP S/4HANA experience

Good to have project management experience for Blue Field ECC to Rise With SAP S/4 HANA or Brownfield ECC to SAP S/4HANA

Understanding of Rise construct will be added advantage

Must have skills:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree and 10 -13 years of related work experience at minimum;

A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.

At minimum 8 10 years of experience working with SAP applicable implementation or support, with experience working on any of the following modules:

SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)

SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

SAP MM (Material Management)

. SAP Project Management experience : 2-3 years

Experience in managing mid to senior level leaders for ensuring project objective is achieved.

Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience required.

Ability to manage project schedule, risk & dependencies

Desirable skills:

Experience as well as participation in full life cycle SAP implementations.

Experience with managing business requirements, documentation and designing SAP enabled solutions

Experience facilitating cross-department team members with complex schedules against a published plan

Experience of working in the Auto parts Manufacturing is preferred

Experience in SAP Methodology, i.e., SAP Activate, ASAP

Knowledge of Rise with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Integration Suite
