Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP PPQM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role involves end-to-end implementation, process optimization, and integration across SAP modules in S/4HANA environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PP/QM processes in S/4HANA
- Drive process optimization and improvements across PP/QM modules
- Work on MTS, MTO, ETO, ATO, MRP, Production Execution, and Variant Configuration
- Handle Quality Management processes including inspection, sampling, and certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with Finance, MM, SD, and WM
- Participate in testing phases (Unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
- Conduct user training and support business users
- Work in Agile project environments and participate in sprint activities
Must-Have Skills- 69 years of experience in SAP PP/QM
- Minimum 2 S/4HANA PP/QM implementations
- Minimum 2 ECC implementations (including at least one global rollout)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP PP (MTS, MTO, ETO, ATO, MRP, Production Execution)
- SAP QM (Quality Inspection, Sampling, In-process & Final Inspection)
- Expertise in PP-QM integration
- Experience in UAT, SIT, and defect handling
- Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, MM, SD, WM
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in MES integration
- Knowledge of Calibration & Quality Certification processes
- Exposure to Variant Configuration
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Manufacturing domain experience
- Strong presentation and documentation skills
