Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in
SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing manufacturing and quality processes within SAP, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business operations.
Key Responsibilities SAP Process Consulting
- Provide hands-on consulting expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements and optimization strategies.
- Configure and implement manufacturing and quality management processes within SAP.
Production Planning
- Design and configure PP processes including:
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO)
- Engineer-to-Order (ETO)
- Assemble-to-Order (ATO)
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production Execution
- Variant Configuration
Quality Management
- Implement and support Quality Management processes including:
- Sampling inspection
- In-process inspection
- Final inspection
- External inspection
- Support quality processes related to calibration and quality certification.
Integration
- Work closely with other SAP modules and ensure seamless integration with:
- Finance and Costing
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Sales and Distribution
- Warehouse Management
Testing & Support
- Participate in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide defect resolution and functional support.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training.
Required Experience
- 6+ years of SAP experience in the PP/QM area.
- Experience in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations.
- 2 or more ECC implementations, including at least one global template rollout project.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality management processes in SAP.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with MES integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Ability to handle technical and functional discussions with stakeholders.
