Experience Requirements- Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience in PP/QM modules.
- At least 2 S/4HANA PP/QM implementation projects.
- 2 or more ECC implementations, including:
- Minimum 1 Global Template Rollout Project.
Role Overview
The consultant will lead the rollout of Manufacturing and Quality process areas in SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires strong functional expertise, process optimization capabilities, and integration knowledge across SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on consulting in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM modules.
- Lead process design, configuration, and rollout activities.
- Drive process optimization initiatives in Manufacturing and Quality domains.
- Configure and design processes in:
- Make-to-Stock (MTS)
- Make-to-Order (MTO)
- Engineer-to-Order (ETO)
- Assemble-to-Order (ATO)
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production Execution
- Variant Configuration
- Manage Quality Management processes including:
- Sampling inspection
- In-process inspection
- Final inspection
- External/vendor inspection
- Exposure to:
- Calibration processes
- Quality certification (added advantage)
- Ensure integration with:
- Finance
- Costing
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Sales
- Warehouse Management
- Lead and support UAT testing cycles.
- Address technical and process-related queries during project phases.
- Deliver presentations and stakeholder communications effectively.
Required Skills
- Strong process knowledge in Manufacturing & Quality.
- Deep understanding of SAP PP/QM integration touchpoints.
- Experience working in manufacturing industry environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and client discussions.
