Job Summary
Rockwoods is looking for an expert SAP PP/DS and IBP Consultant to spearhead the architecture and deployment of integrated supply chain solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end design of planning frameworks while ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP IBP Cloud and S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP PP/DS and IBP implementations across the supply chain.
- Guarantee seamless data integration between IBP and S/4HANA using CIF, RTI, and CPI-DS.
- Oversee production planning strategies, including finite scheduling, capacity planning, and optimizer frameworks.
- Configure IBP planning areas, key figures, and dashboards for advanced simulations and alerts.
- Serve as the architectural authority during blueprinting while mentoring offshore functional teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive requirement definitions, process re-engineering, and pre-sales support.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in SAP Supply Chain, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect capacity.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Cloud projects and SAP PP/DS (via S/4HANA embedded or ECC APO).
- Proven track record of leading 2–3 full-cycle SAP PP/DS or IBP implementations as an architect.
- Advanced proficiency across the IBP suite including Demand, Supply, Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization.
- Solid understanding of cross-module integration involving SD, MM, PP, EWM, and QM.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA architecture and data protocols, including RTI, CIF, SDI, and SAP CPI-DS.
- Broad knowledge of planning data structures and master data governance.
Certificates
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning.
- Relevant credentials in Supply Chain or SAP S/4HANA.
