We are seeking an experienced SAP Portfolio and Project Manager to lead our SAP initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex SAP projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the SAP project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in SAP project management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP certifications) are preferred.
