Performance Management Configuration:
Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module to meet the needs of the organization.
Design and configure performance review processes, including performance ratings, feedback, 360-degree feedback, and development plans.
Set up performance review templates, workflows, and approval processes tailored to various business units and organizational structures. Goal Management Configuration:
Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management module to align individual, team, and organizational goals.
Support the creation of cascading goals, goal alignment, and tracking tools to improve employee focus and organizational alignment.
Set up goal-setting frameworks, KPIs, and tracking for continuous progress monitoring, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. Integration and System Configuration:
Integrate Performance Management and Goal Management with other SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Learning, and Compensation.
Ensure data flows seamlessly between Performance Management, Goal Management, and other HR systems for accurate reporting and analytics.
Manage data imports and system configurations to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
