SAP PM and EWM Consultant

This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure SAP modules, and ensure seamless integration across business functions. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of SAP PM and EWM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand business requirements to design optimal SAP solutions (PM and EWM).
• Configure and document application components in SAP PM and EWM.
• Produce functional and configuration design specifications aligned with solution architecture.
• Collaborate with developers on custom development and integration.
• Ensure efficient reuse of existing functionality over customization wherever possible.
• Handle business discussions for enhancements and implementations.
• Perform root-cause and impact analysis for configuration issues.
• Update design specifications and collaborate on testing (unit, functional, integration).
• Develop test scenarios and perform testing of vendor patches or support packs.
• Define implementation plan including cutover and fallback strategy.
• Support integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules where required.
• Work on SAP FIORI apps related to PM/EWM processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management).
• Experience with S/4HANA on-prem and decentralized EWM on S/4HANA PCE.
• Strong understanding of SAP cross-functional modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience writing functional and configuration design documents.
• Exposure to SAP FIORI applications.
• Utilities industry experience is a plus.
• SAP PM (EAM) Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
