SAP PLM Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Business Analyst with strong functional and technical understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM, particularly in Recipe Management and Specification Management. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries and a solid grasp of the SAP technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP PLM (Recipe Management, Specification Management).
  
  
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
  
  
• Support design, configuration, and testing of SAP PLM solutions on S/4HANA.
  
  
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain).
  
  
• Provide functional support during implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
  
• Coordinate with development teams using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, user stories, and tracking.
  
• Support integration points across the SAP ecosystem such as ERP, MDG, EPF, and related modules.
  
• Conduct UAT, prepare functional documentation, and support go‑live activities.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA PLM.
  
  
• Hands‑on experience in Recipe Management / Specification Management.
  
  
• Domain experience in FMCG, Personal Hygiene, or Healthcare industries.
  
  
• Good functional knowledge of the SAP technology stack (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA, EPF, etc.).
  
  
• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO) fundamentals (user stories, boards, pipelines).
  
  
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements (ingredients, labeling, health regulations).
  
  
• Exposure to global SAP rollouts or large transformation programs.
  
  
• SAP PLM or S/4HANA certification.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
