SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI

Remote - India

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using CPI & APIM to integrate SAP and third-party systems.
  • Actively participate in the migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO to CPI.
  • Collaborate with the SAP functional & technical teams, external partners, to deliver robust integration solutions.
  • Ensure integrations comply with organizational security standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct through testing of interfaces, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Monitor and manage integration scenarios, perform technical troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
  • Analyze existing integrations, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain technical specifications and unit test documents.
  • Stay up to date with SAP Integration technologies and best practices.
  • 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and configuring integrations using SAP PI/PO, CPI & APIM.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a CPI developer with a strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite capabilities. Experience in at least 2 full-cycle integration projects from initiation to closure.
  • Hands-on experience with adapters such as File, SFTP, JMS, RFC, SOAP, HTTP, MAIL, and IDoc.
  • Experience with implementing ABAP proxies.
  • In-depth knowledge of various mapping techniques, including Graphical mapping, Java mapping & XSLT mapping.
  • Expertise in writing Groovy scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of API proxy creation and policy setup in SAP APIM.
  • Proficiency in using CPI tools such as integration flow designer, mapping editor, and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of various integration patterns, authentication protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and SAML.
  • Working knowledge of transporting mechanisms like CTS+ and experience with CI/CD pipelines for SAP Integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and collaborative working environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
