Role: SAP PI/PO
Location: Mumbai or Pune or Bangalore or Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
As an Integration AMS Lead, coordinate Change management/Transport management for integration releases and technical lifecycle of the integration production landscape.
Coordinate closely with SIAM and integration support teams during P1/P2 issues to ensure unified incident handling and faster MTTR.
Ensure proper knowledge transfer from development to operations teams.
Support operational teams in incident analysis and issue resolution for major incidents.
As an Integration Consultant, Build, configure, and support integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
Create and optimize mappings using XSLT, Java (PI/PO), and Groovy to meet business requirements. Perform root cause analysis, resolve integration issues, and fine-tune performance for stability and scalability.
Follow best practices for security, performance, and lifecycle management in all integration activities.
Work closely with SAP functional teams, developers, and external partners to deliver reliable integration solutions
Maintain technical documentation and provide support for integration deployments and upgrades.
Skills Experience:
Deep Expertise in SAP PI/PO, ESR, ID, BPM, BRM.
Expertise in building CPI iFlows, adapters, security artifacts, monitoring, and CTMS transport processes.
Worked on hybrid Integration solutions, on premises + cloud connectivity, and secure network design.
Experience in stabilizing operating complex SAP environments.
Experience with large scale implementations in global environments including working with on and offshore development teams. CPI monitoring, alerting, error handling, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of SAP BTP services, Azure/AWS integration, and API-led connectivity.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Requirements
7-8 years of hands on experience in SAP PI/PO (including BPM/BRM) and SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
Hands-on experience leading AMS Integration teams including L1/L2/L3 support groups and vendor teams.
Experience in enterprise environments with high standards for reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Ability to work in a diverse environment, use proactive communication and collaboration with different teams and individuals to achieve results.
