Hiring: SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant Germany Payroll | Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant specializing in German Payroll to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, German payroll regulations, and full-cycle implementations.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects for Germany

Configure and customize SAP Payroll solutions based on client requirements and industry standards

Implement Payroll schemas, PCRs, time evaluation, and tax configurations

Perform system testing, validation, and payroll simulations to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, and clients to ensure timely project delivery

Maintain clear documentation and track project progress and milestones

Support payroll go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization

Ensure solutions align with SAP HR architecture and payroll best practices

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll

Deep knowledge of German Payroll configuration and statutory requirements

Experience with Payroll Schemas and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules)

Experience in Time Management and Payroll Integration

Understanding of German taxation and payroll processes

Experience delivering 34 full SAP HCM implementations

Strong understanding of SAP HR architecture

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Skills

German language skills (strong plus)

Client-facing consulting experience

Strong documentation and communication skills

Experience in global payroll implementations
