Job Summary
We are looking for a senior-level SAP Process Lead with deep expertise in Sales & Distribution, Service Management, and S/4HANA transformations. The role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, global template implementations, and the ability to lead large-scale digital transformation engagements while demonstrating clear business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
Lead SAP adoption and digital transformation initiatives across industries
Own solution strategy for S/4HANA SD & Service Management tracks globally
Drive innovation and transformation in large existing accounts
Solutioning & Client Engagement
Interact with clients to understand business requirements and propose SAP solutions
Lead end-to-end solutioning and defend proposals at BU/MU/SBU levels
Collaborate with account teams, partners, and global SMEs in shaping strategic deals
Delivery & Capability Building
Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and system conversions
Drive performance, feedback, and solution assurance in delivery engagements
Mentor and develop architects/SMEs to improve solutioning capabilities
