Job Description

  • Lead a cross-functional feature team delivering end-to-end solutions across modules like SAP EAM, PM, REFX, FI, and Analytics.
  • Manage SAP-related projects, Operations Management including upgrades, changes management, and integrations with other systems.
  • Responsible for Problem, Incident and Change management process
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Ensure that SAP systems comply with legal regulations and organizational policies and maintain robust security measures.
  • Take ownership of technical delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Guide and mentor functional consultants, and analysts within the team
  • Ensure integration with central systems and coordinate with global IT partners.
  • Manage escalations, risks, and dependencies across streams.
  • Foster a DevOps mindset and implement continuous integration and delivery practices
  • Oversee the daily operations of SAP systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the organization and SAP vendors, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

What should you bring along

  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP and enterprise IT projects, with at least 3 years in a Team lead or Delivery lead role.
  • Strong understanding in Operations management (ITIL), Incident management, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement, Transport Management
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.

Must have technical skill

  • In-depth knowledge in SAP systems
  • Experience in Operations & Maintenance of application
  • Experience with any of the SAP modules (SAP S/4HANA, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, former PM) or Plant Maintenance modules, Real Estate Flexible module (REFX), SAP FI (Finance) integration, Analytics tools SAC, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve system issues promptly
  • Ability to analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Good to have technical skills

  • Exposure to ABAP, Fiori, or UI5 development.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager or Focused Build.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with security, roles, and authorizations in SAP.
