Title: SAP O2C OCR Analyst

Client is gearing up for R7 & R8 releases which is supply chain based. We need someone that has strong integration experience in both, ECC and S/4
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage O2C sales order cycle from customer PO to READSOFT OCR, Process director and final SAP posting.
- Set up and customize new mapping / profiles in READSOFT Invoices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues in OCR READSOFT and Process Director.
- Ensure seamless file based integration within different SAP landscapes.
- Validate design documents shared by the Kofax SI in collaboration with the O2C Global Process Manager
- Help to develop test suites / scripts / plans in coordination with the GPM.
- Assist in extraction and loading of master data needed for S/4 testing.
- Assist the end users in test script creation, validation and execution before signing off OCR in UAT cycle.
- Manage bugs with Kofax SI / Kofax helpdesk to resolution.
- Help to increase business confidence with Kofax tool and assist with change management steps as required in order to increase Kofax no touch order integration , software scalability / usage within North America Customer service teams.
Main Skills
- O2C Sales Order Process knowledge in ECC + S4.
- Integration with SAP using SD BAPI / IDOCs.
- Understanding of ABAP programming and debugging, with the ability to develop custom solutions and enhancements.
- Experience of flat file integration into SAP using OCR technology.
- Kofax knowledge is a plus , workflow automation , experience of READSOFT Invoice module and associated image configuration i.e Verify & Optimise.
- Knowledge of SAP add on - Process Director platform for integration between different O2C processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, business users, and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention to detail.
