Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP O2C processes across Order Processing, Pricing, ATP, Logistics Execution, and Billing.
• Conduct business process workshops with stakeholders for Order Management, Logistics, and Distribution.
• Analyze existing business processes and implemented systems to gather requirements across Sales & Logistics.
• Architect SAP-centric solutions aligned with O2C and business needs.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and propose appropriate SAP solutions.
• Document functional designs, test scenarios, test cases, and results.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Order to Cash processes across the enterprise.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to identify, clarify, and validate requirements.
• Define approach, scope, and roadmap for future SAP-focused O2C solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with other business areas including Finance, Production, and Procurement.
• Support interface development and integration with external applications and systems.
